1 star point should equal 1 wii point

Or better yet, the game should come with a 250 wii point card, rather than a scratch off star points card2000 star points are worth 500 wii pts, so basically if you spend ?50 on 8 new release games, Nintendo reward you with one old VC game (not even a N64 game - you need to purchase 16 games for one of those bad boys). That's if you manage to convert them sucessfully, I've not suceeded yet.The thing is, if you were given a VC game, it would perhaps encourage you to spend more on the old classics, and Nintendo would actually make more money, not less.Finally most things are sold out in the star pts catalogue, are they phasing it out?1 star point should equal 1 wii point

If you wanna buy Red Steel, and other Wii release gems for the star price of 65 euros, which is more than 100 bucks, go ahead and be my guest!One can advocate that if we dig up really really well you can find games at a much more sensible price we're on the old continent. But still you have to really dig well, and, in my personal case being a Portuguese, go on-line and consult UK on-line shops to find sweet deals.That's the star treatment we get around here. We may have satpoints but in america you get games months ahead of our release dates and pay half the price! Want to trade? :P

i dont think the star t points are ment to be taken as a serious collectors item.... i have been collecting them for 5years? something stupid and when i saw on the nintendo website i could accually trade them for something usful ( i got 2000 wii points ) it was just a nice free gift. the cost of buying wii points is far better value than trying to get star points..... there just abit of fun to get along the way
