just go to your miis and make a new one. It doesn't mess them up.
yea it does because i made a new one and then all my files for my first mii on mario kart weren't there when i started it up again
All your scores and saves are tied to your first Mii. If you make a new Mii you have to start everything again. So you either have to edit your original Mii or just start over.
i deleted the new mii that i made and its still the same thing. There's no way to get the files back?? because it still shows its saved on the wii but when i actually start the game up is when it shows its erased.
Did you by any chance at ANY point, delete the Mii that was ties to the gamesaves you can't seem to get?
you can create as many new mii as you want as long as you do not delete the one that you are using for the MK file or create a new one with the same name....My bro created a new mii for his license, but he did not affect my Mii.... same with my lil sis...If you delete the original Mii you can not recover your file (As far as I know)
Just like in Mario Galaxy, mario Kart warns you that deleting the Mii linked to your save games will result in loss of all data. Sorry.

nope i just went to create new mii...i created one. i played wii sports with the new mii then i popped in mario kart wii. then the license wasnt there then i deleted the new mii and it was still the same thing. My license wasnt there my only option was to create a new one
you have not deleted the Mii of your license???
i didnt delete my MII goodness lol . MY mii was there the whole time.....my mario galaxy file is gone too and i DID NOT delete the mii tied to those games... i just deleted the neww mii that i had made that same day!!
Did you name the new Mii the same as your old? That would completely muck it all up. Beyond that, i have no idea. It is definately something on the user end, though.

Click new Mii, change what you want, it wont delete your old one.
