Movie downloads on Wii

I just saw a site that lets you watch movies and tv shows on the Wii. It costs $50.00 for a one time sign up fee. It sounds awesome, I'm thinking about buying in. Does anyone know about this? The site is http://www.nintendowiimedia.com Before I spend my $$ I'm looking for opinions. I have to say though that I'm leaning towards it.Movie downloads on Wii
It's a con. It just links you to various freeware streaming programs (Red Kawa for instance), video streaming sites and torrent downloads. All of which you can get for free.Movie downloads on Wii
I wouldn't. Why would pay to watch low quality streaming video on your Wii?
Its completely fake. It has advertisements for downloading Halo 3 to your Wii. Halo is owned by Microsoft(isnt it, I think it is). Microsoft would never try to help Nintendo all that much, therefore, fake.
Did you look at the site? It says you can download the movie on your pc, then burn it to a dvd, watch it on your pc, or transfer it to your Wii to watch on your tv. I've tried streaming stuff on my wii using nabolister, but it stunk. That's why this caught my eye.

If your looking for a media streamer I would suggest this. You have to supply your own media but from what i've heard it works very well.
WiiMediaDownloads.com is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo or the Wii team.

Good hint that it's probably fake, and a waste of $$.
