Nintendo has some ground to make up for ...

I just made a post of the promising 360 line-up including third party stuff. I can't even think of doing the same for the Wii because I don't see much there . . . yet. I know everyone is anticipating many surprises from Nintendo at E3, but I must admit, I'm a bit worried thus far. With Brawl, Kart, and WiiFit, the first half of 2008 has been great for Wii. But Nintendo better have something up it's sleeve for the rest of the year. Here's hoping. Nintendo has some ground to make up for ...
Don't hope. Know. There's bound to be a great game in the future of 2008.Nintendo has some ground to make up for ...
y cant they just make one console. that would solve everyones problems, with gamming systems anyway :D
They probably will have something for the rest of the year, not to mention third parties. I cant wait for King Story (Heres hoping it'll come to NA in 2008), GH4, Mushroom Men, Sam and Max, Sonic Unleashed, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of a New world and whatever else is to be announced.

have faith my friend.....
I hope they make a move Maybe a new Zelda or even a New Pokemon.....well new zelda anyways

I'm sure Nintendo has something, and likewise with a couple of 3rd parties, but I wish they weren't so darn secretive, I'd like to hear about some upcoming games like King Story, Fatal Frame 4, and Disaster.
Besides Disaster and a few WiiWare titles, it's not looking that promising this year. There's always E3... hope for some big titles, not just a bunch of sleepers.
Big E3 Nintendo game coming by end of the year. Then you have a lot of 3rd party games. It's going to be fine.
I see far too many of these threads. Everyone knows that Nintendo keeps things hushed up until the last minute, and Reggie even *said* to wait for E3. In terms of other games Wii-bound, I hate to do it, but if I just do it once, maybe people will take notice:Alone In The Dark, Animal Crossing, Blast Works, Deadly Creatures, De Blob, Deadline, Facebreaker, Fatal Frame, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Fragile, Ghostbusters, Guitar Hero 4, King Story, Kirby, Lego Indiana Jones / Batman, Mad World, Mario Super Sluggers, Monster Hunter 3, Monster Lab, Mushroom Men, Oboro, Okami, Rygar, Sadness, Samba De Amigo, Skate It, Sonic Unleashed, Soul Eater: Monotone Princess, Spore, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Smash Bros Brawl, Swords Of Legendia, Tales Of Synphonia, Tomb Raider: Underworld, Trauma Center: New Blood, Wii Music.(Im from the UK, hence why Smash, Okami and Trauma are listed).Look at all of those games. Sure, not all AAAAAAAA calibur, but some will be dam enjoyable, others will be fantastic, and we *still* dont know the full extent of the Wiis line up late 2008 and beyond. Couple this with continued WiiWare and VC releases, and why the hell are people still complaining!?
I am hoping for a Mario Golf or Baseball title.
I am hoping for a Mario Golf or Baseball title.
Mario Super Sluggers, a baseball title, has been announced :)
Even if they don't release much else this year, between all of the games I haven't beat yet and possible wiiware games, I think I could last for a while without buying another game. Don't worry though-there are still tons of other Nintendo franchises and other games to look forward to.
I could make it till Sonic Unleashed and GHIV with only the games I've bought so far this year. I don't know what's coming but I've got so many games to play now, even if all of it sucks (which it more than likely won't) I'd still be good.

There is little to no info on them (90% of the games fall under this category)B. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ANNOUNCED (Animal Crossing, hello?)C. They're vaporware (Spore, possibly FF:CC)D. Unknown developers/poor previewsE. They're multiplats that will probably be better on other platformsPeople are complaining because there are very few games from proven developers with release dates. When was the last time you heard about Fragile, Monster Hunter 3, Swords of Legendia, King Story, Fatal Frame 4, FF:CC, Mario Super Sluggers, Rygar, or Wii Music?Seriously, name some release dates for the games you've listed, and link us to some recent videos/previews/interviews. Very few of those games will have them. (I'm not counting SSBB, Okami, and Trauma Center because they've already been released in several parts of the world, they don't count)
Just wait...
TNA! TNA! TNA!
I truly am not for any games on the wii. I guess when E3 rolls around we will hear about some good games that my catch my interest like a donkey kong or something. 3rd praty wise only games i heard of that sound intersting are disaster day of crisis, the conduit, and now Mad World. Hell these games might not even come out this year so who knows. As the thread starter stated...I can name a bunch of 360 games that are coming out this year that catch my interest. (cant wait)

We'll just have to be patient.
