What is wrong with my wii?

Hi, recently I have been seeing some very strange behavior on my wii counsel itself. A lot of the time when I am playing, the disk drive is unusually glowing blue continuously while it usually only does this only at certain times like when you eject a disk. Also, I just noticed that when I turn off the power on the wii counsel, the power light turns yellow instead of red. Do I have a serious problem or is this something common that I should not worry about?Thanks in advance. What is wrong with my wii?

The yellow light indicates that WiiConnect24 is in Standby mode. Don't worry.

the yellow means wiiconnect24 is on don't worry about that. I would say not to worry about the blue light unless your wii is having problems loading and freezing. If you have those problems then worry.
The reason why its glowing blue is because you have recieved a new message in the Nintendo message board in the main menu! Just read the message and it will stop glowing! Also the reason your console light turns yellow is because you are connected to Wii 24 thing like the dude above me said! Just press and hold the power button for a few more seconds and the light will turn red meaning you are not connected to the internet until you power it up again. This is all explained in the Wii manual
