This game alone has shown us how good the Wii mote can be used and had also brought back a dieing genre. We need more of these. Hopefully we see some Z%26W 2 and some more games that are like these at E3 and beyond. However, we do have some games coming up like Sam and Max for Wii.FPS:
Action-Adventure:
Plus, this upcoming game:
Well, thats it for me. What do you guys think? What other genres excel on the Wii? What should developers be doing?
The Wii needs more games like these (56K ...
Yeah, I hope to see more games of those kinds announced in the E3. But about FPS, I've seen some interesting ones coming, like Timesplitters and The Conduit. The Wii needs more games like these (56K ...
yeah seriously. these devs are being crap
I agree. But it also needs some good racers. There's a lot of them on the Wii but very few of them are worth mentioning. The Wiimote is a great steering wheel. Mario Kart uses it nicely but I can't really think of any other racing game that's worth mentioning.
Wii need more games like THESE: 3rd person adventure: No more heroes, Re4WiiFPS/FPA: Mohh2, MP3:CRacing: Mario kart wiiFighting: SSBBPuzzle/point and click: boom blox, zack and wikiand so much more the wii can do

Im not sold on the Conduit just yet -- as for timesplitters, its rumored as of now -- no official conformation about what platform its coming to, but if it came to the Wii, it would be a hit.

So far it's my favorite Wii game. I don't mean that as a knock to other Wii games, because saying a last-gen port is my favorite might sound like I'm dogging everything else, I just really loved the controls of this game (not to mention the game is simply awesome). The Wii version was the first one I played, as well, so it was all fresh and new to me. MP3 had great controls, too, but I honestly think the RE4Wii game play was spot on and we really need to see more games like this.
Add Ghost Squad to the list of rail shooters. It's really fun. And you can unlock a paradise mode in which most of the enimies are girls in bikinis.

Yeah i would but i havent played it myself so i didnt add it. I have heard its really fun though.
Point and click is coming in the form of Sam and Max and SBCG4AP on Wiiware.IMO, I'd like to see more racing, flying, FPS, RTS, and survival horror (still waiting for FFIV :()

Well, there's two others that I enjoyed quite a bit, nfs carbon and excitetruck, also there's speed racer which I hear is good. Also sonic riders isn't a bad game by any means, just takes practice, and you can count ssx blur in that too, which I thought was excellent.
actually wii has already alot of those, you just gotta know what the games are, ghost squad= rail shooter , zelda action adventure metroid 3 fps adventure, just a taste of what else is out
there is racing games on wii , mariokart cruisn cars classic british motor racing , those are the 4 i own ,, then theres quad bike and kawasaki jet ski racing, big rigs 2 and most of these go for 19,99-39,99 not bad for a wii game if you ask me ,, , the other platforms get very few of these, and they cost 59,99 each ,

I'm sorry to say sir but you are not a part of the solution.

I'm gonna have to agree. Besides Brawl and No More Heroes (I didn't like MKWii), this year has been terrible for the Wii.
